Safety alert: Shangai products
Consumers are being warned by the FDA not to use erectile dysfunction treatments being sold by Shangai Distributor, Inc. These so-called “natural” products actually contain undeclared drugs (sildenafil or a substance similar to sildenafil).
Sildenafil (Viagra) may interact with nitrates found in prescription drugs such as nitroglycerin leading to dangerously lower blood pressure levels. Consumers with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or heart disease often take nitrates. And erectile dysfunction is a common problem in men with these medical conditions.

- Shangai Ultra X
- Lady Shangai
- Shangai Regular (aka Shangai Chaojimengnan)
The bottom line?
Add Shangai Distributor, Inc. of Coamo, Puerto Rico to the list of losers from 2006.
