NIHSeniorHealth is a website that features health and wellness information for older adults from the National Institutes of Health.

Now, it’s added a CAM link.

Most interesting are the video interviews and discussions among experts, which the NIH has collected from a variety of sources.

However, some were recorded a decade ago. For example the arthritis video on exercise is dated 1996. A narrative about John Glen and balance studies at NASA is dated 1998.

The bottom line?
It’s a good primer for CAM and general health information.
